Terms of use.

These terms apply when you use WorkToPost. By creating an account you accept them.

Who we are

Your account

• You need an account to make posts. Keep your password to yourself.
• The account is for your own business. You're responsible for what is made and posted from it.
• You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Your photos and posts

• Your photos and the posts you make are yours. You give us the right to store and process them only to run the service for you.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use. Ask your customer before you show their home or property, and avoid photos where people or personal details can be recognised without their permission.
• The text is written by AI. Read it through before you publish, and correct anything that isn't accurate.

Plans, payment and cancelling

• Creating an account is free. To make posts you need a plan: Starter (30 posts a month) or Pro (80 posts a month).
• New customers get a 7-day free trial, once per customer. A card is required; the first payment is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before. Plans are monthly subscriptions, paid in advance through Stripe. The price is the one shown when you subscribe, plus VAT where it applies. The subscription renews every month until you cancel.
• You can change plan, update your card, see invoices or cancel at any time under "Manage subscription". When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then it stops. Paid periods aren't refunded.
• Monthly post limits reset on the 1st of each month and unused posts don't carry over.
• WorkToPost is still being developed. Features can change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

Responsibility

We do our best to keep WorkToPost working and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost orders. Danish law applies.
