Your information.

When you send us a message or share a suggestion, we receive the information you fill in yourself: for example name, email, company, trade, plan of interest, phone number and your message. On the suggestion form, everything except the suggestion is optional.

When you create an account, we store your name, email, company and trade, the brand profile you fill in (such as phone number, website and logo), and the photos, descriptions and texts for the posts you make.

What we use it for

We use it to run your account and make your posts, to contact you about your account, to reply to your message and to improve WorkToPost. We don't sell it, publish it or share it with others for marketing.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. When you pick a plan, you enter your card and billing details on Stripe's own page; we never see or store your card number. We store which plan you have and your Stripe customer id so we can show your plan and let you manage it.

Where it's stored

Forms, accounts, photos and posts are handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores them on our behalf. Photos and posts are stored in the EU. Only you and our team have access to them.

AI

To make a post, the photos and description you upload are sent to an AI model from Anthropic (Claude) through Netlify's AI Gateway, which picks the photos and writes the text. Voice notes are sent to an AI model from Google (Gemini) the same way, only to write down what you said – we don't keep the recording. Nothing you send is used to train AI models.

You can delete individual posts yourself at any time. You can also ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information and your account at any time. Write to us via the contact page.
